Both clean the vent to the same standard. The Premium adds measurement: a comprehensive inspection of the duct and termination, an airflow reading taken before and after the clean, and before and after photos of your run. Choose Premium if you want proof of the result — before a home sale, for an association record, or because the dryer has been taking two cycles and you want to know why.
When the duct run is over 25 feet. Long runs need more rod sections, more passes, and usually work from both ends, so it adds $40. We ask about run length in the booking questionnaire so the price you see is the price you pay.
The termination is the hood on the outside of the building. It needs replacing when the flap is broken, painted shut, or when someone has fitted a screened cap — screens are not permitted on a dryer vent under IMC 504 because lint catches on the mesh. A replacement is $225 fitted, and we will show you the old one.
One Basic Clean every year on a schedule you do not have to remember, priority booking, automatic reminders, and 10% off anything else you need. It is $215 a year, billed annually, and you can cancel it whenever you want.
Wholesale pricing is $200 per unit with a minimum of ten cleanings, or $190 per unit on a yearly contract. We schedule buildings together, work through units in a block, and invoice per building rather than per unit so there is one document to approve.

After the work is done, never at booking. You choose how to pay when you book — card, cash, or Venmo. A card is saved securely, verified but not charged, and the payment is taken once the job is complete with the receipt emailed automatically. Cash and Venmo are settled with us on the day.
